INTRODUCING THE TEREX EVOQUIP AND ECOTEC RANGES

As of March 2017 Mobile Screening have become the distributors of the Terex EvoQuip and Ecotec range of machinery.  We are excited to be representing the globally proven Terex brand and the opportunity to offer our customers such a wide range of screening, crushing and recycling options. 

The Terex EvoQuip screeners and crushers feature a compact footprint with key focus on ease of maintenance, transport, user-friendliness and efficiency.  The Terex Ecotec range of Recycling Equipment includes Trommels, Shredders, Chippers, Windrow Turners and Conveyors.  We already have EvoQuip Scalping Screens and Crushers in transit and they will be available to view end May/June

Along with the introduction of the new range/s of equipment, MSC are no longer the distributors of the Anaconda brand which we have marketed for the past 7 years.  WE WILL however still continue to offer Anaconda parts and servicing for all our clients, as well as continuing to use Anaconda Screeners on our Hire fleet.

Buckets in stock

In our last quarterly e-news we announced the addition of Startech & Lloyd screening buckets to our product range.  We now have a number of these buckets in stock with models to fit excavators and/or loaders. Available for Sale or Hire.

Quarterly E-News - November 2015

This week marks 20 years of MSC supplying screening products in NZ!  As a thank you to all of our customers, we are offering 10% off all stocked parts ordered from today (20th Nov) until the end of November.  Please email us to enquire about a part or to place an order. We are very pleased to have recently secured the NZ distributorship for Lloyd and Startech screening buckets.  We’ve added the bucket screens to our product portfolio as an affordable alternative to smaller trommels and vibrating screens, whilst still achieving a similar throughput.

Quarterly E-News - April 2015

MSC’s first newsletter of 2015 includes exciting developments on some of our largest screening products:

Kiverco T630 Trommels INL recently took delivery of 2x new Kiverco T630 mobile Trommels for processing Palm Kernel at two of their bulk stores. The T630 features an 8m³ hopper capacity and 30ft x 6ft Trommel drum (electric operation). Tonnage on these units has been recorded at 150+ TPH @ 4mm aperture. The T630 can also be used in soil, compost, bark and woodchip applications as well. Anaconda’s new Trommel Dan’s off to Northern Ireland next week to view an exciting new unit at Anaconda’s factory.  We have stock on order available for sale or hire – WATCH THIS SPACE!

Quarterly E-News - CHRISTMAS 2014

Merry Christmas! 

Thank you for your support throughout 2014 - We appreciate your custom, and look forward to working with you in 2015!

We recently took a customer to Ireland to inspect the latest mobile Trommel releases - and they were very impressed. The larger Kiverco KL630, features a 6 x 30 foot covered drum, we have sold 2 of these already - currently in transit to NZ.  A 620 tracked trommel that features a 6 x 20 foot drum, will also be available in the new year.  Still available are the popular Anaconda TD516 on rolling order.

If you need any parts over the holidays, please get your order in over the next few days! Order before 19th Dec for dispatch 22nd.

Well winter is finally here - we hope you're keeping warm out there!  

We have seen increased interest in both sales and hire for our conveying products;  
Dan has just commissioned a Tracked Feeder Conveyor (FTR150)  in the South Island - the 3rd FTR that this client has purchased!
Our 60ft Tracked Conveyor has been very popular, so much so that we are bringing another one in - either for sale or hire.

New hire machines:  We have some new additions to our hire fleet arriving soon!

The first is a Anaconda TR60 Conveyor with large 3m³ Feed Bin capacity.  Available for hire late November, visit the TR60 Hire page for more detail including spec.

We also have a Anaconda DF512 Scalping Screen in transit.  With a 12’ x 5’ (3.66M x 1.52M) double deck screenbox and capable of processing up to 350TPH, the DF512 will be the largest on our hire fleet.  Available for hire January 2014, visit the DF512 page for more detail.
 

Latest news from Anaconda:

Anaconda launches new product: SR514 Screener.  The SR514 is the latest product offering to be added to the Anaconda product range which extends to more than 20 products. The SR514 is a conventional screen used mainly in the segregation of aggregates and offers the option of 3 or 4 screened products. The SR514 has a 14 x 5 triple or double deck screen, a 14ft feed hopper, main conveyor and either 3 or 4 hydraulically folding stockpiling conveyors. The screen is very easy to set up with hydraulic controls, thus reducing set up time. The SR514 boasts an array of features and benefits which elevate the machine above competitors in its class. With quality components throughout, the SR514 is built to handle tough and varied applications.

MSC Launches new website:

Welcome to our new website.  We hope you find the information interesting an informative!  We have new pages dedicated to the Kiverco range of recycling equipment and both Static and Mobile Trommels.  We are now carrying larger quantities and a  wider range of spare parts so a couple of months ago we introduced a new Parts email address to make the parts ordering process quicker for all.  Visit our Parts page for more information.  We’ve also made available our latest industry magazine Adverts so you can keep up to date with current stock available and new stock arriving soon. 

Other news:

Kiverco Static Trommels arrive in NZ!  The first custom Kiverco Static Trommel arrived in NZ last month.  This machine was built to the clients exact specifications and site requirements.  The design, manufacture and delivery process went very smoothly and initial testing shows great throughput on the machine.   More information can be found on the Kiverco Static Trommel page or call us to discuss your requirements!

The latest news from Anaconda: 



JCB’s Ecomax has been newly introduced to ANACONDA’s equipment, recently fitted to two TD516 trommels destined for a customer in Hawaii. This engine is the world’s cleanest and most efficient off-highway engine. JCB is the only leading equipment manufacturer in the world to have met the stringent Stage IIIB/Tier 4 interim emissions legislation without the use of diesel particulate filter or after-treatment. Anaconda are not only first in the Quarry/mining sector but across the whole UK Industrial market as well, to have the JCB ECOMAX engine fitted to machinery. With the introduction of the Ecomax, this is yet another example of Anaconda striving to provide the best product offering in the marketplace.
