The McCloskey R155 is engineered with the heaviest of applications in mind. The true 16' x 5' scalping screen gives the R155 a class leading screening of 155 square feet, ensuring maximum throughput in the heaviest of operations. Due to the R155 being sized to what we claim, screening area is up to 27% more than other plants professing to be in the 16' x 5' league.

The McCloskey R155 is a highly versatile plant that combines the strengths and flexibility of open feed design screening plants with none of the weaknesses. Operations served by the R155 include heavy quarrying, as a primary in crusher circuits, site reclamation, construction & demolition waste and heavy rock.

The McCloskey R155 heavy duty screener comes equipped with a 10.5 cubic yard, dwarfing every other option on the market and ensuring that your loading options can be built around your operation, not the limits of your screen. The feeder unit may be equipped with either a low maintenance heavy duty 4-ply belt for sticky / messy applications, or a hardox plate feeder for heavy rock, rebar and other applications containing sharp material.
